Due to certain platform limitations and restrictions, my weekly spiritual reflections will be directly posted on the I Thirst (John 19:28) site. Please use the links provided in this post/photo for more information. Reflections are scheduled and will be posted on Wednesdays at 0700 CST. You can subscribe (sign up) on the site to be notified via email. This new change will probably work out better in the long run when I am on active duty... Thank you for your understanding.
This is the truth! Ain’t nobody got time for that... if it isn’t for our sanity, it’s for our sanity and peace! (From Catholic Memes’ FB post)

I sat next to an AA Captain who’s a Catholic on my flight back to TX. We had a good talk. He shared, “I’m not a very religious person but I went through some dark times... I just told myself that I’ll just show up to church one hour a week and see what’ll happen. It was hard but it has become a place of refuge where I can just be...” May we recognize and find our own place of refuge in the Church, too. 🤲⛪️🙏
