“I Thirst” (John 19:28)

Reflection

Who Is My Neighbor?

09/23/202009/23/2020
We all seem to love -- even though, at times, get bored of hearing -- the parable of the Good Samaritan told by the Lord Jesus Christ. (cf. Luke 10:25-37)…

This is the truth! Ain’t nobody got time for that... if it isn’t for our sanity, it’s for our sanity and peace! (From Catholic Memes’ FB post)

I sat next to an AA Captain who’s a Catholic on my flight back to TX. We had a good talk. He shared, “I’m not a very religious person but I went through some dark times... I just told myself that I’ll just show up to church one hour a week and see what’ll happen. It was hard but it has become a place of refuge where I can just be...” May we recognize and find our own place of refuge in the Church, too. 🤲⛪️🙏
